系统级apk签名
1.进入签名目录
cd /Users/admin/Desktop/sign
2.把安卓桌面app-release.apk 放入到sign目录下
3.执行签名命令（platform.x509.pem platform.pk8 这两个签名密钥由安卓厂家提供）
java -jar signapk.jar platform.x509.pem platform.pk8 app-release.apk newApp.apk
4.安装桌面
adb install newApp.apk
